Andrea Williams is a GA licensed realtor with over 7 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Ms. Williams’ excellent relationships with the local Atlanta brokerage community, as well as her experience as Property Manager of several large mixed-use centers including The Forum on Peachtree Parkway, The Collection at Forsyth, and Gateway in Sandy Springs, allow her to assist retail and office tenants in every step of the leasing process. From help with identifying prime locations to maximize tenant success, to guidance throughout lease negotiations, Ms. Williams provides creative solutions and offers an unrelenting enthusiasm for finding her clients a “win/win” deal. Attention to details and thorough follow-up are hallmark characteristics of Ms. Williams approach to real estate transactions. An Atlanta native, Ms. Williams enjoys participating in the transformation and renewal of the city. She has played a key role in the development of several urban renewal projects along the Atlanta BeltLine and the Memorial Drive corridor, including the mixed-use destinations Atlanta Dairies, The Jane, and Larkin on Memorial. Previously, Ms. Williams managed One Atlantic Center, a 1.1 million SF trophy high-rise in Midtown Atlanta, where she assisted with many leasing deals and acted as a key liaison in implementing the Owner’s (Starwood Capital) Best-in-Class service to tenants. Ms. Williams received a bachelor's degree in History and Italian from University of Colorado and a Master of Arts from American University in Washington, DC. She enjoys traveling and learning other languages. She is an avid runner, having recently finishing three Marathons - Marine Corps in 2016, Chicago in 2017, and New York City in 2018.
